Where are your products made?

A majority of our instruments are made in the two medical power houses of the world, Tuttlingen, Germany & Sialkot, Pakistan. With our strict quality control guidelines and own manufacturing facilities in Sialkot & Tuttlingen, we are able to provide you with low cost high quality instruments. For our supplies, we only supply our customers with top-quality products carefully sourced to meet your needs.

Do you have sales representatives in my area?

Our sales representative currently cover the GTA area. We are slowly growing our range to include other provinces. If you would like to try any of our products, let us know and we will be happy to send out a free sample. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can directly add products to your cart and place an order. However, we recommend that you create an account to place your order. Creating an account will enable you to earn rewards on your purchase and get special prices on all future orders.

Can you personalize instruments with our name?

Yes. We can etch your name on our instruments free of charge. Delivery time may change depending on the type of instrument. Personalized instruments are not eligible for returns unless there are any manufacturing design, material or workmanship defects.
