Every order ships free and leaves within 1 business day. If an instrument isn’t right, you have 30 days to send it back, and the return shipping is on us.

There is no minimum order and no shipping charge, whatever you buy.
Ships within 1 business day
Orders ship within 1 business day. Some low-volume specialty items are made to order and take longer. Need it sooner? Call 877.899.1861 before you order.
Canada and the United States
We ship all over Canada and the United States. Clinics in Canada buy in Canadian dollars; everyone else buys in US dollars.
Personalized instruments
We can etch your name on our instruments free of charge. Delivery time may change depending on the type of instrument.
Returns
The 30-day guarantee is separate from the warranty, and it covers any reason, not only defects.

Every HiTeck instrument carries a 30-day guarantee. If it doesn’t meet your expectations — not only if it’s defective — return it with a copy of your invoice for an exchange or a full refund. Return shipping is free: HiTeck pays for it.
Start a return
Email info@hiteckmedical.com or call 877.899.1861 toll free, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm EST. Tell us your invoice number and what you’re sending back, and we reply with return instructions.
Send it back free
Include a copy of your invoice with the instrument — it has to come back with it. You don’t pay for return shipping. Bought from a dealer? Return it to us or to your dealer.
Exchange or full refund
Once it’s back with us, we exchange it or refund you in full. Personalized instruments can’t be returned unless there is a defect in design, materials or workmanship.
After 30 days, the warranty takes over
Every HiTeck instrument carries a warranty period matched to how long it lasts in practice, from 6 months for instruments that wear by design to 13 years for forceps. Warranty claims go to warranty@hiteckmedical.com.
